How long will it take to receive my order?

Every hair order takes 3-5 business days to be processed. Once your order is processed, you will be notified via email with your tracking and shipping information. 

What is your return policy?

At Taylor’s Collection we maintain an extremely high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied. From time to time, Taylor’s Collection at its sole discretion, may accept return of product(s) or portions of a product(s) except for Wigs, and Hair Care Products.

We accept return(s) within 14 calendar days of original purchase date. Any return(s) request after 14 calendar days of purchase will not be honored.
Merchandise must be in original condition. We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from the weft, or otherwise processed) in any way. Zip ties and product tags must be intact. Any merchandise that is received without zip ties and product tags will be returned to the client without an issue of a refund.   Bundle Deals can not be broken up as they are a set. If the complete Bundle Deal set has not been received we will return the merchandise to the client without any issue of a refund.

The product(s) must be sent back to us to process the return. Please contact  support@taylorscollection. Client Care will send a pre-paid UPS label for your item(s) to be returned to one of our Corporate offices. Please find the steps you will need to take to prepare your package for return.
Prepare your package: Place your item(s) in its original packaging with the original invoice and the completed return authorization form, included within your order.
Put the UPS pre-paid label, sent to you via email on your package. Remove any outer labels prior to affixing the UPS return label and securely seal your package.
Deliver your package to UPS. Drop your package off at any UPS store, drop off box or pick up location.

Once your item(s) have been received by our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. As soon as we receive confirmation that the item(s) are in resalable condition we will issue you a confirmation email once we confirm your refund is approved.
